A former Chief Marketing Officer, Sundip Mace brings over 20 years of international experience across global hotel groups, airlines, restaurants, bars, and independent luxury operators.

Her work spans London and Sydney, repositioning heritage assets, launching brands, and leading commercial brand strategy inside complex, service-led environments.

Beyond strategy, she has led internal capability building, working with leadership and frontline teams to ensure brand positioning translates into operational clarity and measurable performance.

With a Master’s degree and senior executive experience, her perspective bridges brand theory and operational reality.

Today she advises CEOs and founders on aligning brand positioning, experience and commercial structure so brand operates as a long-term asset.

My Story

I started Sun Maison because I kept seeing the same pattern. Premium brands with extraordinary potential, yet misalignment beneath the surface.

Many had strong positioning and investment, yet culture, experience and commercial logic were not always moving together.

What was missing was alignment.

My career has taken me from airlines in the Middle East to Mayfair in London and the shoreline of Manly Beach in Sydney, Australia.

Across these environments, one truth remained constant. When positioning disconnects from operational reality, value weakens. When they align, performance strengthens.

I have led repositioning projects that strengthened rate, clarified value, sharpened narrative and rebuilt internal alignment.

What matters to me goes beyond presentation. It is the lived experience. It is the way a guest or customer feels welcomed. The energy of a space shaped with intention. The sense of ease that comes when every detail is considered.
