Sundip Mace is the founder and director of Sun Maison, a brand advisory dedicated to building the kinds of places people want to belong to. Hotels, resorts, members clubs and destinations that guests feel before they arrive.

She leads every engagement personally, bringing twenty years of experience shaping brands for Accor, Starwood and independent luxury operators across Australia and Europe. Her work is about bringing an owner's vision to life and making sure the guest experience is genuinely true to the brand behind it, the kind of alignment that shows up in the numbers: RPS scores and rates that lift because guests can feel the difference. That's what she's most passionate about.

Her career includes roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Director across properties and portfolios where repositioning was not just a strategy but a turning point. As Director of Marketing at Manly Pacific MGallery, she led the repositioning that took the hotel's ADR from $250 to $600.

Sundip holds a Master of Business in International Marketing from UTS and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, which underpins the workshops she now delivers directly to leadership teams across hotels, resorts and members clubs. As CMO of Florence Guild, she led the brand strategy for The Sandstones Club and the longevity wellness club Eir Liv prior to launch. She has also completed the INSIDE LVMH Certificate and Dale Carnegie management training.

Outside Sun Maison, Sundip is a mother of two boys and a Fox Red Labrador, and treasures the time she gets to spend with her family. Born in England and raised in Australia, she spent fifteen years living back in the UK before returning to Sydney five years ago.
