A beachfront address that finally earned its view.

Manly is not just a suburb. It is a feeling. The brief was to find that feeling and build a brand around it — one that guests would recognise before they arrived and remember long after they left.

As the hotel moved into the MGallery Collection, I led the repositioning from the ground up. Strategy, naming architecture, experience design, and the visual world that preceded every stay. 55 North became the bar. The Infinity Residence became the suite. Suite guests received Baina linen. Salt air on arrival. Meditation at sunrise with the Pacific below.

The digital presence followed the same logic. Every channel built to shift guests from OTAs to direct, from first visit to loyalty.

The result was 300 pieces of earned media coverage and recognition by Prix Versailles as one of the world's most beautiful hotels in 2024.
